Krishna Janmashtami..

Lord Krishna with Maa Yashoda.(Above).
Lord Krishna with Radha in Vrindavan(Below)

Arjun chose Krishna, though Krishna had vowed to lay down his arms on the battlefield ... ... Krishna asked: "Why did you pick me, knowing I would not fight?" "I can handle the soldiers myself, O Krishna, if I have your presence to give me moral support. Some of your glory will surely rub off on me." ~ Mahabharat.

Today i.e. the 2 nd of sept we are celebrating janmashatmi in our college hostel with our friends. This is the 1st time i am doing it and it give me immense pleasure,I feel so deep rooted to my culture and my religion.I  sincerely thank my parents to bestow me with such good values. There is a lot to learn from Lord Krishna's life for me every moment he was on earth it mattered. He was a true example of unconditioned love towards both his mothers,he never discriminated amongst anyone of his friends and believed in rendering full service to people who approached him.His love for radha was as pure as his heart. There is a lot that we can learn from him and incorporate in our life.

I may not be the best when it comes to giving advice but just wanted to put this message across that life is too short we all know !!..is there anything we are doing to make it worth living?? having drinks, parties and outings is not accountable for fun instead we as individual can contribute selflessely in many other ways...the choice is yours, make it...I made mine and its helping me a lot to live happy...this 'moment' matters to me  and my parents.

Every moment matters.....

jus an intro as to why i chose this name “every moment matters”…

“Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans”……                      this is something i believe in.My Blog is titled as “Every moment matters..”because I am of the personal opinion that every one has a moment in their life that actually tells or shows them various shades of life maybe through experiences, incidents, examples and through an introspection into various other elements in their own lives….I am therefore going to share some of my learnings with the help of poems, photographs, quotes and stories, etc with evryone who is all eyes for what i blog…..
